Product Features

The cage door adopts a horizontal sliding design with a large opening,and is equipped with a special cage door lock to prevent chickens from escaping.

It is more convenient for flock epidemic prevention,young chicken caging,and culling chicken catching operations.

The mesh of the top net of each cage is densified to avoid chicken heads sticking out of the top net to peck at residues on the manure belt,which may cause gastrointestinal diseases.

The mesh density of the cage bottom net is reasonable with moderate elasticity,ensuring the standing comfort of the flock and reducing the egg breakage rate.

Bottom net supporting wires are designed,8 pieces per layer,to reinforce the cage net structure.

Hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion  process;

Zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy wire anti-corrosion process;

Lighting Effect Rendering for Farm

The appropriate lighting color can be selected according to the breeding type,making the flock feel more comfortable.

DC safe voltage is adopted,with brightness controlled by a microcomputer  controller  and  timed  on/off.

The dimming controller simulates gradual brightening and dimming like sunrise and sunset,reducing stress reactions in chickens

Light brightness is adjustable from 0 to  100,meeting the lighting requirements of poultry during different growth stages.

Waterproof aviation plugs and waterproof lamp holders or tubes are used
